The restaurant is located in the resort and hotel complex “Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia", on the seventh floor.
The sea view is an art object in itself for any interior. One of the advantages of the new restaurant of pan-Asian cuisine “Bao " — just the views of the Black Sea coast, opening from the terrace.
The interior
The interior turned out to be "eco-friendly": the authors used a lot of wood and natural materials, chose muted colors, and decorated the space with home plants. The menu is based on fish products that are delivered directly from Japan. The menu was developed by brand chef Andrey Rostov, known for such establishments as Nedalny Vostok, Novikov and Seiji. A cocktail card — mixologists Mercedes Bar.
